Established in the summer of 2023, college student Mia Nichols started C'est la Crêpe Food Trailer to bring her French background to the States in a delicious on-the-go way!

 

Our goal is to sell authentic high-quality French cuisine with local ingredients while being socially conscientious to best serve you and the earth.
