We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Our galette batter is made with buckwheat flour (does not contain gluten), water, and salt, so it is everyone friendly!

Yes, we have a minimum order of 50 servings, with an average cost of $500. However, we are happy to accommodate events that may not reach this minimum, as long as the company or event coordinator agrees to cover the remaining balance if the minimum is not met. We want to work with you to make your event a success, no matter the size!

We bring our trailer and arrive 30-60 minutes before your event starts to begin setting up. This allows us to get everything in place and ready to serve. After the event, we will tear down and clean up, which typically takes another 30-60 minutes. We make sure everything is left neat and tidy, so you can focus on enjoying your event!
