C'est La Crêpe brings a live crêpe experience straight to your event in the Omaha, Council Bluffs, and surrounding areas. Fresh batter, made-to-order magic, and a whole lot of ooh-là-là for your guests to gather around, watch, and devour.
Our trailer is a conversation starter, a gathering point, and your guests' favorite memory from the evening. We bring everything: the setup, the ingredients, the skills, and yes the je ne sais quoi.
You handle the guest list. We'll handle the part people care about (the food).

Founded by Mia in the summer of 2023, C’est la Crêpe trailer is all about authentic, fresh, made-to-order crêpes that put a fun twist on familiar favorites, whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory.
Mia’s background in Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship definitely shows, but what really drives C’est La Crêpe is her genuine love for food, people, and building community. We’re big believers in supporting our community, so we try to work with as many local vendors and products as possible whenever we can. Every crêpe is made with care using high-quality ingredients, because good food just hits different.
Based out of the Omaha, Council Bluffs area, C’est La Crêpe pops up at farmers markets, festivals, and local events, bringing a welcoming, feel-good food experience wherever the trailer goes. It’s not just about grabbing a bite, it’s about slowing down, connecting, and enjoying something special.
The name C’est La Crêpe is a playful spin on the French phrase “C’est la vie,” meaning “this is life,” and it perfectly sums up the idea. Life is better with good food, shared moments, and a crêpe in your hand.
