Our name, "C’est La Crêpe," is a playful twist on the French phrase "c’est la vie," which means "that's life." It reflects the joy and spontaneity of enjoying life’s simple pleasures (like a delicious crêpe!) Translating to "it’s the crêpe," our name celebrates the perfect blend of fun, flavor, and French-inspired charm that defines our business. Plus, our owner, Mia, loves a good play on words, making this name the perfect fit!!

Historically, crêpes date back to the 13th century in Brittany, a region in northwest France. They were traditionally made from buckwheat flour and quickly became a staple food. At C’est La Crêpe, we honor this tradition by crafting our savory crêpes, or galettes, with buckwheat flour for an authentic taste. Our sweet crêpes are equally delightful, filled with a variety of flavors to satisfy every craving.

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Our galette batter is made with buckwheat flour (does not contain gluten), water, and salt, so it is everyone friendly!

Yes, we have a minimum order of 50 servings, with an average cost of $500. However, we are happy to accommodate events that may not reach this minimum, as long as the company or event coordinator agrees to cover the remaining balance if the minimum is not met. We want to work with you to make your event a success, no matter the size!

• Fresh Ingredients: All the delicious fillings and toppings for your selected menu.

• Crêpe Holders, Napkins, and Utensils: Convenient and eco-friendly supplies for your guests.

• Optional Beverages: We can provide non-alcoholic drinks upon request. (Please note that we do not serve alcohol.)

We bring our trailer and arrive 30-60 minutes before your event starts to begin setting up. This allows us to get everything in place and ready to serve. After the event, we will tear down and clean up, which typically takes another 30-60 minutes. We make sure everything is left neat and tidy, so you can focus on enjoying your event!

We work with local farmers and vendors to source fresh, seasonal ingredients, including buckwheat flour from Early Morning Harvest. Supporting local producers reduces our carbon footprint and ensures the highest quality for our crêpes.
