Mia’s background in Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship definitely shows, but what really drives C’est La Crêpe is her genuine love for food, people, and building community. We’re big believers in supporting our community, so we try to work with as many local vendors and products as possible whenever we can. Every crêpe is made with care using high-quality ingredients, because good food just hits different.
Based out of the Omaha, Council Bluffs area, C’est La Crêpe pops up at farmers markets, festivals, and local events, bringing a welcoming, feel-good food experience wherever the trailer goes. It’s not just about grabbing a bite, it’s about slowing down, connecting, and enjoying something special.
The name C’est La Crêpe is a playful spin on the French phrase “C’est la vie,” meaning “this is life,” and it perfectly sums up the idea. Life is better with good food, shared moments, and a crêpe in your hand.
